3. Pricing

a) All prices displayed on the website and in-store are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable state or local sales tax. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on the delivery address.

b) We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

c) In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly should this occur.

d) Promotional prices and discounts are valid only during the promotional period; unless otherwise specified, they cannot be combined with other offers.


4. Payment Processing

a) Payment Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method will undergo an authorization check. This is not an actual charge but a temporary pre-authorization to verify sufficient funds.

b) Actual Charge: The actual charge will be processed when the order is shipped or ready for pickup. For custom-made items, a 50% deposit may be required at the time of order, with the balance due upon delivery or pickup.

c) Multiple Payment Methods: For online orders, only one payment method is accepted per transaction. For in-store purchases, split payment options are available upon request.


5. Billing Information

a) The billing address must match the address on file with your credit card issuer or financial institution. If billing information cannot be verified, order processing may be delayed or the order cancelled.

b) You are responsible for ensuring that all billing information is accurate and up to date. 6. In-Store Orders

a) Payments for in-store purchases may be made using the approved credit or debit cards mentioned above, cash, or personal checks (checks are subject to a 10-business-day clearing period).

b) Special Order Deposits: A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or upon pickup.

6. Currency

All transactions are settled in US Dollars (USD). If you use a non-US issued credit card, your card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees; you are responsible for any such fees.

7. Refunds and Store Credit

a) Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

b) Store credit will be issued as "FURNITURE WAREHOUSE & SHOWROOM" credit and may be used for future in-store or online purchases. This credit does not expire.

c) Credits or account adjustments resulting from returns will be reflected on your statement within 3 to 5 business days after the refund has been processed.

8. Fraud Prevention

a) We reserve the right to verify customer identity before processing orders; this may include requesting additional documentation or contacting you by phone.

b) Orders flagged as potential fraud risks may be placed on hold for review; orders may be cancelled if verification cannot be completed.

c) We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies regarding any suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks
