1. Overview

FURNITURE WAREHOUSE & SHOWROOM is committed to delivering furniture to you safely and efficiently. This delivery policy outlines the delivery methods, timeframes, costs, and related terms for orders placed via our website or in-store.

2. Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing order details and the estimated delivery time.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders submitted before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days will be processed the same day; orders submitted after 4:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Methods and Options

We offer the following delivery options. Free standard delivery is available for all orders within the United States. a) Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
- Suitable for small items (e.g., accessories, lighting, small decor, etc.)
- Items will be delivered to your doorstep or building entrance


b) Threshold Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
- Suitable for medium-sized furniture (e.g., chairs, side tables, bookshelves, etc.)
- Items will be delivered just inside the first threshold of your home or into your garage


c) In-Home Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days
- Suitable for large furniture (e.g., sofas, dining tables, bed frames, large dressers, etc.)
- Items will be delivered to your room of choice, including unboxing and removal of packaging materials
- Basic assembly service may be included for certain items (please refer to product details)

5. Furniture and Oversized Items

Large furniture and oversized items require special handling and are subject to the following conditions:

- An adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.
- Please ensure you measure doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators to guarantee the furniture can be successfully delivered to your designated room. We are not responsible for items that cannot fit through doorways or into the intended space due to size constraints.
- The delivery team will place the item in your designated room (applicable to "Room of Choice" and "White Glove" premium delivery services) but cannot move existing furniture or dispose of old items.
- Additional fees may apply if access to your residence is restricted (e.g., narrow stairways, tight corners, low ceilings, etc.).

6. Split Shipments

If your order contains items from different warehouses or includes custom-made products, the order may be delivered in multiple shipments. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

Each shipment will have a unique tracking number, which we will provide to you via email.

7. Delivery Arrangements

For "In-Home Delivery" services, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a 2-to-4-hour delivery window. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment during the scheduled time.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website or app. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@furniturewarehouseshow.com.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the item itself:

- Note the damage on the delivery slip before signing for the shipment
- Take photos of the damaged areas
- Contact us at info@furniturewarehouseshow.com or +1 201 770 1411 within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved

We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Please refer to our "Return and Refund Policy" for details.

10. Delivery Delays or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak season volumes. If your shipment experiences a significant delay:

- Please contact us at info@furniturewarehouseshow.com or +1 201 770 1411 so we can check the status of your delivery.
- If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will either resend the item(s) at no cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

11. Holiday Deliveries

During peak holiday periods, delivery times may be extended by 5 to 10 business days. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.
